Shortened Number for Each Mobile Phone

Shortened Number is the number with four or more digits for each mobile phone of your Corporate Network, assigned for service activation at your choice. It enables to easily remember and dial shortened numbers of your colleagues, and introduce a well operating and VIP-numeration to make memorizing process more easily handled.

For instance:

• 1000 – phone number of Director General;
• 1001 – Assistant or Secretary of the Director General;
• 1002 – Driver of the Director General;
• 2000 – Marketing Director;
• 2001 – Assistant or Secretary of the Marketing Director;
• 2002 – Driver of Marketing Director.

Shortened number offers the option of using logic numeric groups for departments of your company.
Example of breakdown of numeric groups of a manufacturing company:

• 1000-1999 – Company Directorate;
• 2000-2999 – Marketing Department;
• 3000-4999 – Sales Department;
• 5000-6999 – Manufacturing Unit;
• 7000-7999 – IT Department;
• 9000-9999 – Transport Department.

Shortened numbers are available only within your corporate network. If you forget a shortened number, you may call to a regular phone number by entering it in the national format (using code 8050) or in the international format 38050.

Calls within the Network are priced at UAH 0.22 per minute no matter how subscribers’ phone numbers within the Network are dialed.

Attention! Do not dial phone numbers of your colleagues from the Corporate Network and MTS network phone numbers as direct city phone numbers (i.e., using the code 8044 for Kyiv calls). Calls using the direct city number are rated at the regular rates.

Shortened Numbers of VirtualOnNet

Shortened numbers of VirtualOnNet allows assigning a shortened number in any direction to make the search and dialing of such number easily handled:

• phone number within MTS Network;
• city fixed line number;
• internal phone number.

Following the assignment shortened number of VirtualOnNet becomes accessible for dialing to all subscribers of your Corporate Network, forming the single numeric space for your Corporate Network.

Pricing rates for calls using shortened numbers of VirtualOnNet are not changing and are not dependant on a dialing format of a respective line.
For instance, if you have business partners:

• in Kyiv whose phone numbers start from 8 044 546хххх;
• in Moscow whose phone numbers start from +7095 465хххх.

It would be reasonable to assign the following shortened VirtualOnNet numbers:

Now all subscribers of your Corporate Network may call partners by dialing shortened numbers of VirtualOnNet.

No matter which dialing format was selected, through shortened phone number of VirtualOnNet or a regular full number, a call will be priced under the terms of a service plan of a subscriber or a call line option.

Administration of Access Rights*

The administration of access for each mobile phone number enables you to keep under control your mobile communication spending.

An administrator of Corporate Network is assigned to submit service applications or alter access rights/profiles of subscribers who are members of Corporate Network.

Corporate Network allows administrator of a mobile network of your company in any combination:

1. For numeric groups and individual phone numbers to ban/permit incoming or outgoing calls:

• beyond the corporate network;
• beyond the limits of GSM of MTS network;
• to city phone numbers*;
• to international phone numbers**.

2. Set phone user rules depending on the daytime/nighttime period.
For instance: for a call 8 050 310XXXX registered in corporate network:

• ban all outgoing calls beyond the corporate network;
• permit outgoing calls to the MTS network beyond the corporate network: 050 31044XX, 050 31055XX;
• permit calls to city phone numbers: 044 54320XX, 044 54310XX in business hours from 8:30 until 18:00;
• permit outgoing calls to the international phone number +7 095 56722XX in business hours from 8:30 until 18:00.

3. Set individual user rules of mobile phones for:

• individual subscribers;
• group of subscribers.

* Inapplicable to SMS-messaging.
** Ban of incoming calls is available only if details of an incoming subscriber are provided correctly.
