Corporate Network is a new unique service groping mobile phones registered at an individual account of your company, into a single virtual network.

You may enjoy the use of the three service options:

• Corporate Base Network;
• Corporate Network;
• Corporate Group.

Corporate Base Network sets special rates for calls within a corporate network, or among employees of your Company, and calls of network members to other MTS subscribers.

Corporate Network, in addition to special rates, offers additional services with the functionality of IN-Intelligent Network.

How to Set Up Corporate Network?

If you are a current corporate MTS subscriber, fill in a standard registration form, affix your signature and send it to the VIP Client Manager who services your Company.

Please state in the registration form:

• Full name of your Company; 
• Individual account number to register MTS Corporate Network; 
• Full names of phone holders and phone numbers to be registered with MTS Corporate Network.

Additionally state*:

• Short number of each phone to be incorporated into the Network;
• Name of personal or group profiles for administration of each phone in the Network;
• And identify individual and/or group profiles of subscribers.

* Required only for the Corporate Network service.

If you are a new corporate MTS subscriber, at your request, application submission and service activation of Corporate Network may be performed during the contract subscription procedure.

MTS Corporate Network – Terms of Use

Only legal entities as MTS clients may enjoy the right to use Corporate Network!

• The Corporate Network should incorporate no less than 20 phone numbers.
• The maximum amount of phone numbers in the Corporate Network is unlimited.
• It is up to a client to decide which numbers registered at a corporate account, should be incorporated into the Network.
• A client may request that new mobile phone numbers be added to the current phone list of the Corporate Network by filling in and sending a standard application form.
• Services of MTS Corporate Network, My Family or MTS Corporate Group may not be activated simultaneously for any individual phone number as only one of the services may be activated.
• Roaming users and subscribers of foreign mobile operators in Ukraine are not entitled to use the service of MTS Corporate Network.

Administration of Corporate Network*

To administer Corporate Network we recommend you to appoint a network administrator authorized to order services and change profiles of subscribers incorporated into the Corporate Network.

* Service may not be provided as part of Corporate Base Network.

Services Rates of Corporate Network

Tariffs

• Set up of Corporate Network is 2000 hrn (disposable, for all contracts into individual account).
• Activation – network activation of phones – free of charge.
• Monthly service fee (for each phone number incorporated into the Network) – 12.00 hrn.
• Call rates are calculated per-second, starting from the first second.

Attention, all prices include VAT, as of July 25, 2007. According to ukrainian legislation, there is also an extra Pension fund charge of 7,5% from the mobile services cost.

Service rates of Corporate Network are applicable to phone calls only.

Outgoing calls of the Corporate Network are reflected in your account in the section  “Supplementary Services, of which", paragraphs:

• "Outgoing calls within a Corporate Network".
• "Outgoing calls from a Corporate Network to MTS network".
• "Outgoing calls to Partner Corporate Network".
